Title -We discuss about the restart error solution for Philips hd11xe ultrasound Equipment. Ans - we all are know the hd 11xe machine of Philips and it's common issue of this machine. We have a some ways to find out the solution of this problem. First we divide the machine in two sections 1)PC section 2)Usg section 1)PC section-     If restart error occurred and you suspect the pc section is faulty then you need to check and boot machine only with pc section (motherboard,hdd, monitor) if restart error occurred with only pc section then you need to replace or reload software.
