Basic Overview-
Its
a basic Doppler machine. You can use this machine for basic application. You
can also done 3D/4D. In this series DC-N3 is also available in vet model i.e
use for veterinary use. It's a Linux base machine therefore you may have
difficulty to install external devices such as printer, thermal printer etc i
will share the list of supported printers and other supporting stuff.
There are two unit in this
machine as follows
1.Front-end
Unit.
2.Back-end
Unit.
3.Power
Supply Unit.
1.Front-end Unit-
A)Probe
Board-
a)Its
support 192/128 elements probe, 4D probes, phased array probes and bi-planar
probe.
b)You
can connect four probe at a time. Probe board is used for port switching and ID
recognition of probes on every port.
B)TR
Board-
a)As
we know the TR board is used for the signal transmitting and receiving.
b)In
this board system communicate with the TR board via communication control bus.
c)Its
generate 64- channel transmission waveform and signal receiving.
C)CW
Board-
a)Its
use for echo signal receiving. b)It convert low-voltage digital signal into plus transmitting
signal which will drive the transmission.
2.Back-end Unit-
A)Digital
Board and IO Board-
a)Digital
board is used for digital signal processing of B mode, C mode and d mode etc.
b)Multifunctional
FPGA is on the digital board that implements video format transfer, back-end
control, port extending etc.
c)It
coverts LVDS signal to all other video formats that required by video output
port.
d)IO
board is supported G-bit Ethernet port, WIFI port, Support Bluetooth,
Footswitch, B/W and color Video print control port, SATA port, USB ports.
B)4D/TEE
Board-
a)It
is use for power amplification for 4D drive signal of probe.
b)It
provide the 4D Hall signal to the channel also amplifying and collect TEE probe
temperature and angle signal.
3)Power Supply Unit-
Power supply is used for the supply power to
the fornt-end, back-end, and peripherals. Power supply unit is consists of
auxiliary output board, AC-DC power board, DC-DC power board, battery module
etc. we study one by one.
A)Auxiliary
Output Adapter Board-
Auxiliary output adapter board connects to AC
input directly and supplies to the peripherals.
B)AC-DC
Board-
The mains power is given to AC-DC board and
after it goes through EMI filter circuit, then APFC circuit start to work
normally and give output DC-DC board when machine is turned on.
C)DC-DC
Board-
a)Power
management of machine is done by DC-DC board, such as battery management, PHV
management, power module.
b)When
machine is turned on DC-DC power board give the output to back end boards.
c)AC
input is set on priority, if the AC input and battery both are connected at
that time machine will work on AC not on battery.
d)Machine
work on battery only when AC power is not connected.
e)DC-DC
board mainly generate the +100v and -100v that is adjustable PHV.
f)PHV
is only generate when IC received command from host computer, basically when
probe start to work at that time PHV is generate.
