How to find out Philips hd11xe restart error solution..???

Title -We discuss about the restart error solution for Philips hd11xe ultrasound Equipment.

Ans - we all are know the hd 11xe machine of Philips and it's common issue of this machine. We have a some ways to find out the solution of this problem.

First we divide the machine in two sections

1)PC section

2)Usg section

1)PC section-

    If restart error occurred and you suspect the pc section is faulty then you need to check and boot machine only with pc section (motherboard,hdd, monitor) if restart error occurred with only pc section then you need to replace or reload software. If machine will boot up normally and shows the probe sector screen then probably problem is different or not in pc section.(for checking pc section you need to graphic card output is mandatory otherwise it shows new graphic card found massage).

2)Usg section-

    In usg section we have 

       a) Power Supply

       b) TR(Transmission and Received) Boards

       c) SP(Signal Processing) Board

       d) 3D/4D Board

       e) Backplain and Frontend Board

       f) Probe Connector Boards

            a) Power Supply-

                        If we want to check power supply then we need to short some pins. I will share pictures of that how to short and find out problem of power supply. After check you can also find which voltages are dropped and which section having issue.

            b) TR Board -

                    For checking tr board of hd 11xe we need to just swipe the boards. I will tell you how it's done. There are four TR boards in the machine now first step is you need only two tr boards to boot up the machine (note- you must insert tr board in left to right, 1st and 2nd place). If machine is boot up complete and rich normal scanning screen then that tr don't have any issue else that one or both tr having issue. You can also check one by one. Finally you found faulty tr.

            c)SP(Signal Processing ) Board -

                     To verify the sp board is faulty or not you need a simple way cross-check it another machine.you can also find out it if you check power supply,pc section,tr board this all are ok then 90% chances sp board is faulty.

            d)3D/4D Board -

                     It's too simple to find out this board is working or not. You just open the usg section of machine and pull out the 3D/4D board, reconnect the all things properly and boot the machine. If you found no error, machine start properly then it's issue of this board else machine having other problem.

          e)Backend and Frontend Board -

                    Above all parts you should check to find out issue of this board. For backend board you pull out the frontend board and start machine if machine start normally then back end is normal otherwise you need to frontend and probe connector bords that's remaining now.

                    For checking frontend board other above things are going normal the issue is might be in frontend board.

          f) Probe connector bords - 

                     It's small boards in size and various types but don't warry you just pull it out one by one if there is issue in probe connector bords one condition you found that machine start normally and you got the right one.
